How do I place an order?

Just add all the items you need into your basket and go through the checkout.

Where do I enter a discount code?

Just add the discount code at the checkout to get your discount applied. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days.  Please allow up to ten working days for completion of delivery.

How will you deliver my order?

We use Royal Mail for most of our delivery services.  Some orders may be delivered via special courier.

Is there a limit on the number of items I can order?

There is no limit - you can order as much as you want.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using your PayPal account, or you can use your credit or debit card through our card payment processing system.

Do you have a physical shop?

We do not have a physical shop at this time.

Can I leave a review on your products?

Yes, you can leave a review of our products.  Just go to the product and click on the Reviews tab and submit your review.  Please note that all reviews are moderated to ensure they are real reviews from real customers, so it may take up to 24 hours for your review to be visible.
